Alongside his illustration career Dan has continually lectured in art and design at degree and post-grad levels at numerous universities in the UK and abroad. 

His most recent role was as Illustration Co-Ordinator at the Glasgow School of Art between 2007-2011.

Important to Dan’s practice is his enthusiasm for landscape/location painting which inspires and feeds his studio work. He has had several solo exhibitions over recent years and sells regularly to private clients.
